Woodland Park Jr. Wrestling Coaches take a direct and strict approach when it comes to coaching wrestling and teaching our athletes the importance of physical and mental strength.
This coaching style is not for everyone, but has proven to be successful and effective with our coaches and teams. We believe our wrestlers should have fun but at the end of the day we are here to show results by having success both on and off the mat.
We are not believers in the "everyone gets a trophy" mentality, but rather earning what you get so that you can then learn to appreciate it and understand the importance of hard work and dedication.
